DOMESTIC SHIPPING
- Cash on Delivery: Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
- Shipping Time: Orders are typically shipped within 15 to 20 working days. Please note that made-to-order products, such as custom-made garments may take longer to ship. Our support team will reach out to you if there are any delays.
- Address Verification: Delivery will be made to the address provided by the buyer during the order placement. MF Darzi is not responsible for any damage to the order during transit to the buyer.
- Courier Responsibility: MF Darzi guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company within 3 to 5 working days from the date of the order and payment, or as per the agreed shipping date at the time of order confirmation. However, MF Darzi is not liable for any delays caused by the courier company.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
- Free Shipping: Free shipping is not available for international orders.
